Terms of service
These terms cover the use of thehorrorcore.com and anything bought through it. The site is run by HorrorCore Productions, Selden, New York. Using the site means you accept them.
Who can order
You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian ordering for you.
The products
Handmade pieces are made one at a time and photographed as they are. Screens vary, so color and finish may look slightly different in person, and small marks and irregularities are part of a hand finished object.
The handmade pieces are decorative objects for adults. They are not toys, they are not made or tested for children, and some of them can break into sharp pieces. Keep them away from small children and pets.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Nearly everything handmade exists exactly once, so when it sells it is gone. If something is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either fix it or cancel and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We can refuse or cancel an order, and if we do you get a full refund.
Shipping and returns
Covered by our Shipping policy and our Returns and Refunds policy, which are part of these terms.
What belongs to us
The films, photographs, artwork, the designs of the handmade pieces, the written histories that come with them, the HorrorCore name and logo, and the contents of this site belong to HorrorCore Productions and the people who made them. Buying a piece gets you the object, not the right to reproduce, resell as your own, or use the images and text commercially. Ask us first, we are usually happy to say yes.
What belongs to other people
Some work on this site was made with collaborators, bands and other companies, and their names, music and artwork remain theirs.
Using the site
Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never have an error or go offline. The lore and histories written for the pieces are fiction, written for entertainment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, HorrorCore Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the site or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
Changes
We can update these terms, and the current version always lives on this page.
