What we collect
- What you type in when you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and a phone number if you give one
- What you bought and what you paid
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, browser, and pages viewed, through the store's analytics and cookies
- Anything you write to us in an email
Why we have it
- To take your order, charge you correctly, pack it and ship it
- To email you about that order, including tracking
- To answer you when you get in touch
- To spot fraud and keep the store working
- To email you about new work, but only if you asked us to
We do not sell your information and we do not hand it over for anyone else's advertising. It goes no further than the companies needed to take your payment and get your order to your door, and beyond that only if the law required it.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember you between pages, and count visits. You can block them in your browser settings, though the cart may stop behaving if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax, normally several years. Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
What you can ask for
Write to info@thehorrorcore.com and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email. Depending on where you live, including California, the EU and the UK, you may have further rights, and we will honor those requests the same way.
Children
This store is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version goes up on this page.
