Refund policy

HorrorCore Productions, Selden, New York. Anything to do with an order goes to info@thehorrorcore.com.

Handmade one of a kind pieces

Everything handmade is final sale. Only one of each exists, they are finished by hand, and no two come out the same. Small differences in paint, finish and wear are part of the piece rather than faults in it.

Final sale does not cover damage. That is handled below.

Printed apparel

Shirts, hoodies and crewnecks are printed for you after you order, so we cannot take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Measure yourself against the size guide on the product page before ordering, and write to us first if you are between sizes. We would rather answer a question than send you something that does not fit.

Misprints, defects and shipping damage are covered.

If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong

Email info@thehorrorcore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of both the item and the box it came in. Hold on to the packaging, carriers usually want to see it.

If a piece was broken in transit, misprinted, or we simply sent the wrong thing, you get a replacement where one exists and a full refund where one does not. A one of a kind piece cannot be replaced, so those are refunded in full.

Cancelling

Write to us as soon as you know. We can cancel anything that has not shipped or gone into production. Once an apparel order is in production, or a handmade piece is packed and labeled, it is on its way and we cannot pull it back.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. How fast it lands is up to your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days. Where the fault is ours, shipping is refunded too.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking says delivered and nothing is there, check with anyone else at the address and with your local carrier first, then write to us. We will help you open a claim. We cannot refund a package the carrier has confirmed as delivered, but we are not going to leave you dealing with it alone.

Bought in person

Anything picked up at a convention, market or event is sold as seen and is final.
