Authenticity & Copyright

Every Piece Is Original

The artwork sold through HorrorCore Productions is original work. The HorrorScope zodiac series, the Deadlands collection, the Dark Art pieces, the photography — these were made by us and by the artists we work with directly. Nothing in this shop is scraped, resold, or lifted from someone else's portfolio.

Limited Editions

Pieces marked Limited Edition are produced in a fixed run and are not reprinted once that run is gone. Where a piece is signed, it is signed by hand by the artist. When an edition closes, it stays closed — we do not quietly reopen a run because something sold well.

Print Quality

Our canvases are printed on a cotton-poly blend to museum-grade standards and stretched over solid wood. Apparel is direct-to-garment printed so the ink lives in the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Color will vary slightly between screens and physical product — no monitor renders ink exactly.

Copyright

All artwork, photography, film footage, written material, and designs on this site are the property of HorrorCore Productions or the individual artists who created them, and are protected under United States copyright law.

Buying a piece buys you the physical object. It does not transfer reproduction rights. Specifically, you may not:

  • Reproduce, scan, or reprint the artwork for sale or distribution
  • Use the imagery in commercial work, merchandise, or advertising
  • Claim authorship of the work
  • Create derivative works for commercial purposes

You are entirely welcome to photograph your piece on your wall and post it. Tag us — we like seeing where these end up.

Licensing

If you want to license artwork for a production, publication, tattoo, or commercial project, write to us. We are generally open to it, and the conversation is free.

Infringement

If you find our work being sold or used without permission, tell us. If you believe something of yours has been used here without credit, tell us that too — we will look into it immediately and act quickly if we got something wrong.
